Archive Plus 8.0 is a Microsoft Windows™ based scanning and complete archive management system that captures both sides of a check, storing the images in TIFF Group 4, Bitmap, and JPEG formats. Archive 8.0 also reads the MICR line, automatically parsing it and storing the route code, account number, check number and amount in a variety of databases, including Access, MSDE, Microsoft SQL, as well as others. Archive Plus 8.0 can also archive directly to an XML or CSV file.

Archive Plus 8.0 now scans full-page documents using any TWAIN or ISIS compatible page scanner into your existing archive file. Now you can simply link documents such as invoices and correspondence with associated checks limiting the amount of manual indexing required.

Searches using Archive Plus 8.0 are conducted by entering any combination of fields, from batch ID, route code, account number, amount, from/to & process date. Archive Plus 8.0 even allows you to create user-definable fields, which are fully searchable!
