The GRP is delivered with three different available progressively stronger levels of security and information availability certification designed to meet our customer’s precise needs. Each GRP certification level addresses seven key areas of security and availability: 1. Information Transmission Security, 2. User Authentication, 3. Service Level Agreement, 4. Information Storage, 5. Information Backup, 6. Information Integrity, and 7. Customer Service Availability.

The GRP offers three levels of Security and Access Control certification for applications that access or otherwise leverage the GRP. Even the entry level of GRP certification provides industry leading security and availability.
 
Offers minimum baseline encryption security featuring at least 128 bit level strength, user password based authentication, 99.9% (“three nines”) information availability, RAID level 5 information storage, daily information backup with offsite secured storage, full GRP security protection, and baseline customer support featuring 60 minute response time either via email, chat between hours of 8AM to 5PM local time Monday through Friday, with per incident voice support available at extra cost.
Transmission Security:
All information transfers and application interfaces with the GRP are encapsulated and secured by industry accepted technologies such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) featuring a minimum of 128 bit encryption, with higher bit level encryption available upon request

User Authentication:
Users must be authenticated via their
username and password, and all passwords are hashed in transmission and are stored at the GRP in an encrypted format. Clear text is never used either for password transmission or as stored in the GRP.

Service Level Agreement: 99.9% (“three nines”) data availability service level.

Information Storage: RAID level 5 supported by redundant power.

Information Backup: All Information is backed up daily and maintained at a secure offsite storage facility.

Information Integrity: Information deposited in the GRP at this level is treated as standard data files and enjoy the full security protection provided the GRP operating environment.

Customer Support: Unlimited e-mail & chat support with a maximum 60 minute response time between hours of 8AM and 5PM local time. Voice support can be purchased on a per incident basis or as part of an annual support contract that includes a predetermined number of voice support calls.

Features all components offered in Level 1 – Basic and includes more powerful user authentication based upon biometrics, includes 99.99% (“four nines”) information availability, enhanced information integrity featuring digital watermarking, digital signatures combined with other user authentication, and extended customer support that includes unlimited email, chat during hours of 8AM and 5PM local time Monday through Friday, weekends available at extra costs, along with limited number of no charge telephone support during same support periods.
Transmission Security:
All information transfers and application interfaces with the GRP are encapsulated and secured by industry accepted technologes such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) featuring a minimum of 128 bit encryption, with higher bit level encryption available upon request

User Authentication:
Users must be authenticated via biometrics technology, designed to assure positive user identity validation and unprecedented user accountability when accessing any systems or applications

Service Level Agreement: 99.99% (“four nines”) data availability service level.

Information Storage: RAID level 5 supported by redundant power.

Information Backup: All Information is backed up daily and maintained at a secure offsite storage facility.

Information Integrity: Information deposited in the GRP can make use, at no extra cost, of additional security measures such digital watermarking, digital signatures that when combined with this level’s far more robust user authentication will assure that deposited information is unaltered and subject to a comprehensive audit trail and versioning control (all available at no extra cost) in order to thoroughly document the “who and when” of information being accessed or otherwise altered.

Customer Support: Unlimited e-mail & chat support with a maximum 60 minute response time between hours of 8AM and 5PM local time. Telephone support can be purchased on a per incident basis or as part of an annual support contract that includes a predetermined number of voice support calls.


Features all components offered in Level 2 – Advanced and includes 99.999% (“five nines”) carrier class enterprise level information availability via Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), the nation’s largest government systems integrator along with maximum customer support that includes unlimited email, chat and telephone support with 15 minute response time available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Transmission Security:

All information transfers and application interfaces with the GRP are encapsulated and secured by industry accepted technologes such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) featuring a minimum of 128 bit encryption, with higher bit level encryption available upon request

User Authentication:

Service Level Agreement: 99.999% (“five nines”) data availability service level. As part of this degree of serve availability the following additional elements are provided at no additional cost:

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) provides the hosting for applications and data at the Maximum Certification level. SAIC, the nation’s largest government systems integrator provides similar services for the majority of the critical information and systems of the US Government

For customer applications that are subject to compliance, regulations and/or other regulatory mandates, specifically tailored Representations and Warranties are available providing a third-party certification of compliance

As part of Network operations, all systems with Maximum Certification will be continuously monitored for intrusion attempts and out-of-band usage and access

Depending on the application and customer requirements, SAS ratings can be rendered as requested

At no additional cost, customer information and applications are afforded the benefit of multiple datacenters featuring complete seamless failover with load balancing and hot replication of information. In the event of a catastrophic individual datacenter failure, the customer will enjoy a seamless failover processing and repository environment so there will not be any noticeable delay or service interruption.
